Yes the app is useful, for a quick view of the bookings. But it cannot replace the full extranet website for many reasons : - not enough information on the client (no phone number on the booking) - we can only change the price and open/close. The settings of the extranet (minimum nights, refundable or not, etc) are not here - there is no view for the coming reservations - the icon does not handle notification bullet

Overall the app is useful, however it is far too difficult to find out if a reservation has add-ons like breakfast. This information should definitely be accessible! Moreover adding more details on new reviews would be great. Whenever we get a new review, the first thing I will need to do is open Safari and check the admin panel to get more information on it.

Can not change room status to sold out. That functionality is one aspect lacking which forces the user away from the app towards the more complicated but more useful browser monster. Would be nice to adjust inventory to sales with a few easy clicks, but it seems booking.com thinks no other ways of selling a room exist. They do... The app is useless to help in that area.

I like the app, it is definitely useful. I would like it to show the actual price my clients would be paying for their stay, and also, more options for the messages/emails.

Its very easy to manage bookings by pulse, but still the app should be improve and add some other options

I can manage my all books and other things. Just price management is not avaliable for now.

Please add multiple accounts like on Instagram with easy switch between them, we have 10 properties under management and each time I have to log out log in. Also I would like to see the list of all reservations, same as on browser version. Like the template messages, great option. With few changes life will be so easy! Thanks

I cannot see availability of rooms in a calendar and have to view each date by tapping it. I do not know why I need this app, its useless.

New app fills in some small gaps in main website. And I can now use the app on cell phone without extra security checks. Very pleased.

It is extremely easy to use! It makes it so easy to answer quickly to all requests from guests and get info on the rooms you are preparing. You can organize everything from your Phone. I simply love it Alfred
